3Cupsbaking Chocolate or chocolate chipsWe prefer darker chocolate, but you can use a lighter one if preferred.
1tspvanilla Extract
14 inchcinnamon Stick
1small hot chili
2ozFrangelico or other Hazelnut liqueur.
Instructions
Line a baking pan with parchment. Set aside.
Combine the sugar, nutella, and Condensed milk chili and cinnamon in a pot over medium heat. Simmer while stirring constantly until smooth and no lumps. Do this for about 5 minutes. You want the cinnamon and chili to impart their flavors.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, Mix until well incorporate and the color and consistency is smooth.
Remove from the heat, and pick out the chili and cinnamon stick. Pour the fudge into the lined pan and place in the fridge for about two hours.
When completely cooled and set, remove from fridge. Remove the fudge from the pan, and cut into squares, triangles or whatever shapes you want. Eat what you want and save the rest (if there's any left).
