1/2cupdiced pepperdew peppersor pimentos or roasted red peppers
1mediumfresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and dicedor you can use canned or bottled
1/4cupMayonnaise
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tspcayenne pepper
1/4tsponion powder
1/4tspTabasco or other hot sauce
1/2tspworcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1Tbspchopped fresh parsley(optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with paddle attachment until all are blended well. Serve immediately or chill and serve with crackers, bread, and/or crudite.
Notes
This dip can be held refrigerated for weeks, so make a batch to serve any time.
